Jim Montgomery has declared that the Bruins will be missing another leading forward when they go up against the Pittsburgh Penguins later today.
Reason for Worry?
As Boston gets ready for their second successive weekend back-to-back series, the head coach provided updates on his team's lineup for the game in Pittsburgh today.
''Bergeron is out resting nagging injuries...Zacha goes in between Marchand and DeBrusk...Bertuzzi will move up and Greer will play with Coyle and Frederic.‘'
Fans need not be concerned, as Montgomery seems to be implementing more load management, given that Marchand and Bergeron were given a rest the previous weekend.
Bergeron, aged 37, has only missed a single match this season, which took place last Sunday against the Hurricanes. Over the course of 74 games, the Bruins' captain has scored 27 goals and contributed 30 assists.
The game is scheduled to begin at 3 pm EST at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh
