A particularly striking moment occurred with three seconds remaining between Frederic and Ryan Lomberg, who allegedly choked the Bruins forward on the ice. See below:

Before game three, Frederic spoke up about the incident and confirmed that he was indeed being choked. Here's what he had to say, as reported by Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic:
''Couldn't breathe. Maybe panicked a little too early. But it was getting close there where the lights were going to turn off for a second. I've never seen that one.''

It remains to be seen whether Frederic will have a response in tonight's game.
