Player Slammed On His Head After Chaos Erupts

A Slovak Extraliga game descended into chaos as tensions boiled over and a player needed to be carried off the ice. The turmoil erupted when two players, one from Bratislava and the other from Poprad, engaged in a fiery altercation. Initially, both officials and fellow players allowed the dispute to unfold. However, things escalated quickly, resulting in a full-blown brawl. In the midst of this commotion, Tomas Zaborsky from Poprad, a former New York Rangers draft pick, was subjected to a vicious body slam onto the ice, rendering him unconscious. The slam was executed by Samuel Petras of Bratislava, and it's uncertain whether he will face penalties or suspensions. The condition of Zaborsky is also unknown at this time.
