The Boston Bruins have some exciting plans to celebrate their incredible 100-year history in a special and meaningful way.

After their amazing performance in the 2022-23 season, the Black and Gold team is getting ready for the upcoming season. They want to honor their centennial anniversary as a team by creating an All-Centennial Team. This team will include the 100 greatest players who have ever worn a Bruins jersey.

To choose the members of this special team, the organization has formed a committee of 30 people. This diverse group includes respected individuals like Steve Garabedian from NESN, Rose Mirakian-Wheeler, Brian Zechello, and retired broadcaster Dale Arnold, as well as representatives from other media outlets.

The committee will carefully select 20 outstanding players for the All-Centennial Team, including 12 forwards, six defensemen, and two goaltenders.

Mark your calendars for October 12, because that's when the highly anticipated All-Centennial Team will be revealed during the Centennial Gala. And in September, the Bruins will also release the "Historic 100" list to give further recognition to the players who have made a significant impact on the team's legacy.
