Another prospect set to be released by the Bruins

The Bruins informed prospect Oskar Steen to look elsewhere for a contract as free agency begins since Boston will not be offering him a contract.
Steen was drafted in the 6th round of the 2016 draft but has not panned out the way the Bruins would have wanted as he only has 8 points in 60 games for the Bruins over the past few season.

Steen was up and down between the NHL and AHL this season but only managed to get 1 point in 34 games with the Bruins this season which is why it comes as no surprise that the Bruins will not be re-signing him.
