Many NHL Insiders and Analysts have reported that former Canuck, Elias Lindholm's contract with the Boston Bruins may be the worst one of this year Free Agency.
The Boston Bruins made 2 really big signings, both coming from the Vancouver Canucks. Many Fans have praised GM Don Sweeney for landing these two, but revealed by NHL analysts, that this was the worst value signing of free agency.
«This is a lot of money for a long time for a player coming off a bad season. It's an intriguing fit with the Bruins, but this could age poorly if Lindholm can't regain his old form.»
Last season, for both the Cancucks and Flames, Elias Lindholm would only put up 15 Goals and 29 Assists in 75 games. He is a proven and fantastic 2-way forward, but needs to bring up his offensive production if he is going to live up to his 7.75 AAV contract.
