Bruins could be looking to close trade with the Blackhawks for 2 players
Despite getting the first overall pick last season and taking generational talent Connor Bedard, the Blackhawks are still rebuilding.
As they continue their rebuild, they plan on still moving some players before the start of the season according to reports. Forward Andreas Athanasiou and defenseman Alec Martinez could both likely be moved before the 2024-25 season begins.
Bruins GM Don Sweeney might look at the possibility of bringing one of these players in since they could definitely afford. The trade that would make the most sense is Athanasiou since the Bruins d-core is already rock solid for the upcoming season.
