Bruins face tough choice regarding Matt Grzelcyk

The Bruins will have a tough choice to make this summer as longtime Bruins and Boston native Matt Grzelcyk's contract will be ending.

Management will have to decide if they want to keep the defenseman as he has been a crucial part of the Bruins for the past few years even though he has been struggling this season.

Another part the Bruins will have to keep in mind while making this decision is the fact that there are many talented defensemen hitting the market this summer. Boston will have a ton of free cap space to sign these players, which makes many wonder if Grzelcyk will be extended.

The 30-year-old has had an average season with his production being cut down in half, as he currently has 10 points in 57 games with a 10 +/- rating.
