Former Bruin AJ Greer has been providing for the Flames
The Bruins placed forward AJ Greer on waivers at the beginning of the season and he was unfortunately claimed by the Flames, having a solid season as a bottom 6 player.
Greer did not put up a ton of points as he currently has 12 points this season but did play very well defensively and physically with 99 recorded hits on the year. After a solid season, providing a lot for the Flames fourth line, there is a chance that Greer ends up with a short-term deal this summer for the Flames.
If Calgary decides to let him hit the market, he will likely be able to land a contract elsewhere, as many teams would be interested in having him as a bottom 6 player.
