Gary Bettman has strong opinions on letting Milan Lucic return to the NHL by imposing ban

A video has surfaced of Milan Lucic training in New Jersey that suggests he is trying to make an NHL comeback, but due to his arrest, he is still ineligible to return.
Last season Lucic was arrested and facing two charges but pleaded not guilty. And even though charges against him were dropped by his wife, the league still does not want him back.
Lucic is currently ineligible to return to the #NHL. He was arrested in Boston last November for assault and battery, plead not guilty, and charges were dropped in February when his wife invoked marital privilege and declined to testify.
It is now in the hands of NHL commissioner Gary Bettman to look over his file and decide if Lucic will be allowed to return this season if a team gives him a contract. But as of right now, he is not allowed to meet or negotiate terms.
