Jim Montgomery comments on forward Johnny Beecher ahead of game 1
Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery commented on the Johnny Beecher situation this morning ahead of game 1.
Beecher was sent down to Providence then brought back up this week, Montgomery said that even though Beecher was not at practice today, he is still an option for game 1.
No Johnny Beecher at #NHLBruins practice. Montgomery said Tuesday the forward was still an option for playoff lineup.
The 23 year-old forward had a decent season for the Bruins putting up 10 points in 52 games with a -6 +/- rating.
