The Bruins won Game 3 last night 4-2, led by the incredible performances of Jeremy Swayman and captain Brad Marchand.
Swayman spoke to reporters following the win, speaking of how great of a leader Marchand is. He stated that Marchand leads by example and does not take no for an answer, adding that the Bruins are lucky to have him as a captain.
Jeremy Swayman on Brad Marchand's performance in Game 3: "That's a leader. That's our leader. He's a captain through and through. He doesn't take no for an answer. He leads by example. He's the pinnacle of what a captain should be and we're so lucky to have him in this room."
Clearly Marchand is extremely respected in the Bruins locker room as he should be with great performances such as last night.
If the Bruins keep up this level of intensity for the rest of the series, it will be hard to see the Leafs have any room to come back.
