The Bruins may have the next Zdeno Chara on their hands

Kristian Kostadinski is 6-foot-6 defenseman who has been extremely impressive in the junior ranks. He was also a seventh-round pick for the Boston Bruins back in 2023.
Heading into this season, Kostadinski will be playing for the Dubuque Fighting Saints in Iowa. Here, he will be able to develop his game at the pro level. According to The Hockey News, Kostadinski is setting himself up for success. In fact, some believe he could be the next great Bruins defenseman, in the same vein as Zdeno Chara.
Kostadinski is incredibly excited about his new opportunity. So much so that he recently spoke on his role with the Fighting Saints and the kind of mentorship he's been given.
"They see me as a defensive defenseman who plays hard," Kostadinski said. "I need to get better with my skating and they're helping me with that right now. Their development guy is Adam McQuaid and he has helped me a lot; he's a really good guy."
