Deal involving the Boston Bruins landing Evgeny Kuznetsov confirmed

The rumors were confirmed yesterday that Evgeny Kuznetsov will be leaving the NHL to Sign with the KHL play back home in Russia.
The former Stanley Cup Champion wit the Washington Capitals has signed a 4-year contract with SKA St. Petersburg in the KHL.
This NHL veteran is taking his talents overseas after all.
Evgeny Kuznetsov was nearing the end of his deal with Carolina and both parties decided that the best option was to terminate the remaining time of his contract indefinitely in order for him to return home to his home country of Russia.
When he was put on unconditional waivers, GM Don Sweeney had his chance to go after the star forward but didn't. in hindsight it would not have mattered as he was never planning to play in the NHL again.
In 63 games last season, where he split time between the Capitals and Canes, he only recorded 24 points with 6 G and 18 A. the the worst production of his entire NHL career.
