Tyler Bertuzzi Makes A Surprise Statement On Brad Marchand

Tyler Bertuzzi, currently a Toronto Maple Leafs player but once a part of the Boston Bruins, shared some insights about his former teammate and current Bruins captain, Brad Marchand. During a recent interview, Bertuzzi was asked to reflect on what he had learned about Marchand during their time together in the locker room.

In response, Bertuzzi kept it simple but telling, stating,

"That he's a good guy."

When probed about what qualities made Marchand a good guy, Bertuzzi expounded,

"He's just easy to get along with, you know. He's got a great sense of humor, and he's simply a lot of fun to be around."

The conversation took an intriguing turn when the reporter inquired if Bertuzzi believed he had gained inside information about Marchand that could help him deal with any attempts by Marchand to disrupt his game.

With a playful tone, Bertuzzi replied,

"Yeah, he's quite the character now, but he'll probably try to stir things up tonight."

Even with different jerseys, the camaraderie and friendly exchanges between former teammates continue to be a vibrant aspect of the NHL.
