Swimmer from Serbia has tragically passed away after drowning during competition

During one of the events, Dukic was just about to conclude the 800m swim early this morning but something went horribly wrong and when he went underwater water and didn't emerge.

All the events, including this one was being live streamed to the viewers at home, when he was no where to be found a search was conducted immediately where his body was recovered. unfortunately he had already passed. He was just 28 years old.

The rest of the events were canceled soon after the games had announced the devastating news, these type of endurance events were nothing new to Dukic as he has competing at the CrossFit games before and is an elite athlete in the sport.

Everyone from Bruins Latest would like to send our deepest sympathies and prayers to everyone involved and especially the entire Dukic family.
