Brad Marchand seen on the ice for the first time this year

The Boston Bruins kicked off their workouts on Tuesday, September 5, with Brad Marchand joining in for the captains' session. Interestingly, Marchand is a strong candidate for the next Bruins captain.

In the clip, Brad Marchand shows his speed on the ice and sets up a teammate for a goal with a beautiful saucer pass. It's one of the first glimpses of Marchand's skating this summer after a tough postseason loss.

Last season, Marchand had 67 points in 73 games, which was his lowest since 2015�16. He's determined to complete his first full season in almost a decade and, hopefully, reach that 100-point mark once again.
