The Bruins signed Morgan Geekie to a 2 year $4 million dollar contract in the 2023 off-season.
Geekie had a great season last year hitting career highs in goals, assists and points. He has followed that up this season by new career highs again with 16 goals and 34 points in 63 games with the Bruins.
"Geekie, 25, has become a strong part of the Bruins' top nine due to his solid offensive contributions. In 63 games on the season, he has 16 goals, 34 points, and a plus-8 rating. Along with that, he has been on fire as of late, posting six goals and an assist over his last nine games."
As the 25 year-old's scoring capabilities have been great this season and his all around game has been elevating, this signing has made the Bruins look great for the money they are paying him.
