DeBrusk speaks on being demoted to the third line
The Bruins decided to place Jake DeBrusk on the third line with Trent Federic and Jesper Boqvist last game.
DeBrusk spoke to the media today, voicing his opinion on his first game with his new linemates.
«I think our first game was a little bit sloppy � we hadn't played together at all,» DeBrusk said Monday. «Anything with chemistry takes a little bit of time. In saying that, obviously [Boqvist] getting that overtime winner hopefully helps our line out and gives us a little bit of confidence.»- Debrusk
The Bruins winger has been in a bit of a slump lately without a point since March 23rd but was on a hot streak prior to that with 12 points in 10 games.
Hopefully this new change will bring back some of his scoring touch in time for the playoffs.
