Jim Montgomery calls out Bruins powerplay
The Bruins have been struggling on the powerplay lately and head coach Jim Montgomery spoke to the media saying they need to be better and play with more purpose.
Jim Montgomery on PP changes: "We need more pace and purpose to our power play. We're not getting the urgency we think we need... We're hoping this will help."
Montgomery hopes that the team turns thing around before the playoffs as they cannot afford to be bad on the powerplay at that time of the year, they need to take advantage of every moment they get.
The Bruins take on the Capitals in Washington for their second to last game of the season tonight.
