Bruins forward Jake DeBrusk has been surrounded by trade speculation all year long and now that his contract is up, it seems there are many teams interested.
Insider David Pagnotta said that there is 3 teams that are very interested in signing DeBrusk this summer and even though the winger has said he would love to stay in Boston, there has been no talk of extension as of late.
"If DeBrusk hits the open market as a free agent in July, several teams in need of a physical top-six forward will be calling, with suitors like the Los Angeles Kings, Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs potentially in the mix."
The Oilers, Kings and Leafs seems to all be willing to sign the forward while the Oilers might be the Bruins toughest competition if they do want to re-sign him. DeBrusk is an Edmonton native and his father works for the teams broadcast which could make this an easy decision for DeBrusk.
