The Bruins have announced today that they have released Drew Bavaro from his amateur tryout contract.
The Bruins released Bavaro since he wants to return to Notre-Dame to finish his academics.Providence Bruins release Drew Bavaro from ATO. He's headed back to Notre Dame to take care of some academic business
Bavaro played for Notre-Dame this year putting up 20 points in 30 games before signing an ATO with Providence in which he played 7 games with 0 points and a -4 +/- rating.
