Yesterday, Bruins commentator Jack Edwards announced that he will be retiring at the end of this season, head coach Jim Montgomery issued a statement on the news.
Montgomery said farewell to the Bruins beloved commentator, saying he was personally upset to see him go but happy for him and wishes him a great retirement.

Next season will be the first time in almost 20 years that someone else will be calling the Bruins game which will surely be strange feeling for all fans.
