Jim Montgomery makes statement regarding Jack Edwards retirement
Yesterday, Bruins commentator Jack Edwards announced that he will be retiring at the end of this season, head coach Jim Montgomery issued a statement on the news.
Montgomery said farewell to the Bruins beloved commentator, saying he was personally upset to see him go but happy for him and wishes him a great retirement.#NHLBruins Jim Montgomery on Jack Edwards:
«Congratulations to Jack Edwards on a tremendous career. Personally disappointed that he's retiring, but really happy for him. He's a Bruins icon and a big part of the Black and Gold's tradition.»

Next season will be the first time in almost 20 years that someone else will be calling the Bruins game which will surely be strange feeling for all fans.
