Sheldon Keefe gives update on Auston Matthews
After the second intermission, fans were surprised that Auston Matthews did not come back out and stayed out the rest of the game.
Fans were wondering if Matthews was injured, especially after missing a few practices this week.
Sheldon Keefe told reporters that he did not play in the third period due to an illness which he has been battling all week.
Sheldon Keefe says Auston Matthews being unable to finish Game 4 "is all related to illness."
There has been no update yet as to if Matthews will be out of the lineup for Game 5.
