Friday 8pm EST the Florida Panthers will be playing against the Edmonton Oilers at home in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals. Ahead of this game Florida coach Paul Maurice has made some significant lineup changes.

Florida Panthers head coach Paul Maurice is known for being positive during his Stanley Cup playoff podium appearances and he is going to be bringing some changes to the lineup ahead of game 6.

He likes to project himself as the type of coach that wouldn't use line changes as a form of punishment. However, some players are going to have to pay for their mistakes.

Brandon Montour may not of been singled out by name but after the defenceman's costly cross-ice pass which lead to Edmonton taking the lead during Florida's first power-play Tuesday, Montour has been demoted from the number one unit.

The left handed veteran Oliver Ekman-Larsson is keeping his promotion to the top power-play unit that was given to him midway through last game.

Scratched from Game 6 is Kyle Okposo who took a bad hooking penalty that allowed Corey Perry to score. Replacing him will be Nick Cousins, Who has not played in over 26 days.
