Insider Frank Seravalli announced this morning that the NHL will be penalizing 11 teams next season due to salary cap penalties. The Oilers have the largest penalty out of all 11 teams with $3.45 million while the Bruins are on the lower end of things with $50,000. <q>Sources: Six #NHL teams will carry at least $1 mil in bonus overage penalties onto next season's salary cap - an all-time high. Part of that was planned, pre-spending a portion of the projected $4.3m increase.
