The Bruins could be parting ways with their top prospect Fabian Lysell as he could be used to acquire some picks in the upcoming NHL draft.

Lysell was considered a trading chip at this year's deadline and it is clear that if the Bruins receive a solid offer, they would move Lysell if need be.

And you should be excited to see what Lysell can do in Boston when given the chance if he's not traded before then. Lysell isn't perfect or guaranteed to make it, but his all-world skating, vision and finesse with the puck has clearly been missing in the organization. #NHLBruins

Boston is looking to make some big moves this summer and hopes to bring in a top 6 forward which could be through a trade which Lysell could be a part of. There is also the fact that the bruins do not have a 1st round pick in 2024 which they may use Lysell to acquire.

The young forward had a great season in the AHL as he put up 50 points in 56 games in Providence this season.

Fabian Lysell signed a 3-year ELC with the Boston Bruins on August 9th, 2021 with an AAV of $836K.
