DeBrusk's time in Boston may be coming to an end
As many fans know, Jake DeBrusk has had a lot of up and downs with the Bruins over his career. The Bruins winger has been in the middle of trade talks for the last few years. The difference this year being that his contract is up with no sign of an extension in sight which has many insiders believing he will be moved before the deadline.
Bruins GM Don Sweeney keeps his lips sealed quite tight when it comes to trade talk so their is no confirmation. However, Sweeney would be wrong not to look at moving the young winger being as he could get a decent return for some help in the defensive zone."It appears that #NHLBruins winger Jake DeBrusk will become a playoff rental after the NHL Trade Deadline."
DeBrusk has had a disappointing season with the Bruins this year, putting up 27 points in 57 games and on pace to finish the season with 38 points in 80 games.
A change might be just what the young forward needs to get his engine going again.
