The Bruins take on the Leafs Saturday night for game 1 of the playoffs and have yet to announce their starting goalie despite a lot of talk surrounding both goaltenders over the past few weeks.

For the last few weeks of the season, the media has been speculating who will start game 1 for the Bruins since both goaltenders have had solid years but at different times. Jeremy Swayman had a great first half of the season but have been struggling a little more since the All-Star break. Linus Ullmark on the other hand, had a slow start to the season but has been on fire since the break and especially since the deadline, where multiple rumors claimed he would be moved.

GM Don Sweeney told the media yesterday that they do not plan on announcing their starting goaltender until right before the game Saturday. He added that the goaltenders know what the plan is and that there is no need for the media or the Leafs to know.

"Our goalies know what the plan is. Performance and results will dictate some of this, but we know what the plan is."

We will all find out at puck drop of Saturday night at TD Garden.
