Former Bruins player Curtis Lazar will be out for the rest of season as he got an upper-body injury last game against the Senators.
The Devils announced the news last night that Lazar will miss the last few games of the season but may be back for the playoffs if they are able to squeeze in.
Metropolitan Notes: Lazar, Marino, Kuraly
Although this is unfortunate news for Lazar, he still did have his best season yet with career highs in points and assists. The 29 year-old forward ended the season with 25 points in 71 games in which 18 were assists.
