Marchand makes surprising statement ahead of game 1 vs the Leafs
Ahead of game 1 tonight, Bruins captain Brad Marchand spoke to the media talking about how as a kid, the Leafs were his favorite team with Gilmour and Tucker being his favorite players while also taking about the two teams rivalry.
Marchand is a Halifax native which is no surprise that his childhood team would be the Leafs. The Bruins captain also admitted that the Bruins and Leafs rivalry has now surpassed their rivalry with the Canadiens since the teams have met in such high stake games for the past decade.
